- January 13th, 2012 – Dalhousie Deadline for applicants (all offices)
- January 18th, 2012 – “Ask Me” Reception – Halifax office – Dalhousie applicants (all offices)
- January 19th, 2012 – Blue Door Reception – Fredericton – UNB Applicants (all offices)
- January 20th, 2012 – UNB interviews (all offices)
- January 21st, 2012 – Dalhousie interviews (NL and PE offices)
- Week of January 23rd, 2012 – Dalhousie first interviews (held at Halifax offices)
- Week of January 30th, 2012 –Second interviews for Dalhousie and UNB candidates for NS (held at Halifax offices)
- January 30th and 31st, 2012 – Dinners for second interview candidates for NS – Halifax
- February 3rd, 2012 – Offer date – NS
If you are applying from a law school from outside Atlantic Canada, please submit your application by December 2nd, 2011 if you wish to be considered for an interview over the holidays. Please remember to indicate the office for which you wish to be considered and the dates you are available for an interview.

Submit your cover letter; resume; copy of transcripts from your undergraduate degree(s) and law school; and, the names of references or reference letters. Indicate which office you are applying to and whether you are applying for a position as a summer student or as an articled clerk.
