- Successfully defending an international gaming manufacturer in a $750 million class action lawsuit lasting 13 months.
- Representing businesses, municipalities and universities in labour and employment matters before the courts, the labour and employment board, arbitration boards, the Human Rights Commission and the Workers’ Compensation Board tribunal.
- Defending numerous negligence claims against insurance and investment advisors.
- Acting in defence of major constitutional cases involving Charter issues relating to media law, education law and health law.
