With a practice focused on insurance law, Cynthia feels it is essential to recognize the client’s priorities and provide them with a favourable cost-effective resolution, be it through litigation, mediation or another alternative process. Cynthia is also an International Skating Union (ISU) accredited figure skating judge and judged at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

Cynthia’s clients are facing a double whammy of increasing costs and the complexities of litigation. Her clients include major casualty insurers, life and disability insurers, professional liability insurers and plaintiffs. Some of the services she has performed for these clients include:
