“Power is not revealed by striking hard or often, but by striking true.”
- Honoré de Balzac

SOLVE THE PROBLEM, GO FOR THE FINISH.

In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a form of martial art Chad practices, it’s not the largest or strongest fighter that enjoys consistent success, but the one who is most strategic. Winning requires confidence, adaptability, mental fortitude, economy of movement, the ability to recognize and seize opportunities to improve position or go for the finish and, finally, the ability to find opportunity when none seems to exist. Chad brings the same attitude and determination to his legal practice and this is how he advocates for each of his clients. Understanding their business and their challenges allows him to find opportunities to achieve the best possible result.

Representative matters.

  • Insurance companies

  • A national leasing company
  • Small and large companies dealing with shareholder disputes, oppression remedy litigation and regulatory matters

Areas of practice:

  • Insurance Defence and Subrogation
