A guiding hand
As the director of paralegal services, Dawn sees her role as being similar to that of a coach in how she helps people develop their skills. With over 20 years of experience, Dawn has the opportunity to work with new paralegals starting their careers as well as more senior paralegals taking on new challenges. Dawn is responsible for the development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures, coordination of workflow, personnel administration, technology, financial management and client development initiatives.
