Graham helps his clients effectively manage lending opportunities in a cautious market, and reach the most beneficial compromise possible when faced with insolvency. By maintaining a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the current state of the lending market and insolvency forum, he applies his knowledge to each particular opportunity or challenge to achieve the results his clients are looking for.

Representative matters

Graham works with banks and other lending institutions, as well as corporate entities ranging from local to multinational in insolvency matters. Examples of his work include:
  • Representing the Debtor Company in the first successful Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) restructuring in Nova Scotia since the 1980s.
  • Representing significant Secured Creditors in several multinational CCAA proceedings.
  • Representing international banks and other lenders on acquisition and sale financings.
