Representative matters
As a leader in labour and employment law and corporate and commercial litigation, Gordon uses his vast experience to help universities, municipalities, manufacturers and individuals. Examples of his work include:
- Acting as lead counsel on several leading cases in the labour and employment field (such as St. Anne Nackawic, Dunsmuir).
- Acting as counsel in several judicial inquiries over the years (such as Hughes & Arseneault inquiries).
- Acting as University Solicitor for UNB and provided labour advice to other universities.
- Acting as lead counsel on major claim involving corporate issue (such as Spielo).
- Providing advice to various public bodies concerning employment, administrative law issues and Right to Information disputes.
