Ian Breneman

Associate

“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
- Winston Churchill

The navigator.

Ian is like a coxswain, the person in charge of steering a ship. It’s a fitting analogy given he had previously served as a cadet coxswain with the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and as the head sailing instructor at the Aylesford Lake Yacht Club. Ian will continue navigating in his position at Stewart McKelvey, helping steer his clients’ course towards their legal objectives.
