MOVING BEYOND THE OBSTACLES.

Time can be the enemy of business opportunities. That’s why Ian focuses on those aspects of a deal that are important to his client and important from the perspective of managing business and legal risks in order to get the deal done. He protects his clients’ interests without getting in the way of completing the transaction.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

Working with clients such as property developers, lenders, governments, landlords, tenants, venture capitalists, business owners and health care institutions, some of the ways Ian has helped his clients achieve their business objectives are by:
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases.

  • Acting for an international industrial manufacturer in the reorganization of its business locally as a new joint venture with a local partner.
