With over 40 years of experience practicing law, Jim is sought after for his expertise involving public-private partnerships, estate and tax planning, commercial law, and wills and trusts. Jim was appointed to the Senate of Canada in 2005 and became Opposition Whip in 2007. In 2008, he became the Leader of the Opposition, a position which he still holds today. Jim has been actively involved in the community for over 40 years.
