Jennifer does not simply look at a matter and find the problem. She sees both the obstacle and solution and works to find a resolution. Jennifer also provides advice to her clients on a pre-emptive basis to help them achieve future goals.

Working with a diverse group of clients which includes insurance companies, construction companies, real estate developers, small businesses and individuals, some of the ways Jennifer has helped her clients are by:
- Representing the owner of a retail and industry development in its acquisition of Crown Land and its sale of various parcels to large, well-known retailers.
- Acting for a large national client at trial in a breach of contract dispute.
- Representing a large national client before the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in an intellectual property dispute.
