As chief executive officer of Stewart McKelvey, John is a leader in every sense of the word. With unquestioned and unflappable integrity, he embodies what our firm stands for: integrity, high ethical standards and excellence and contributing to our communities. John is very involved in his community. He is immediate past chair of the IWK Health Centre and sits on boards for the Junior Achievement of Canada Foundation and Acadia University.

John has served as chair of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce; director and division chair, Marketing and Sponsorship of 2011 Halifax Canada Winter Games Host Society; corporate campaign chair of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Diabetes; and director and secretary at the Discovery Centre.
