He has a broad corporate commercial practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and energy and infrastructure project structuring and transactions.

- An aquaculture company in connection with financing and project structuring.
- A large insurance company in connection with a complex restructuring of its assets.
- A large energy company in connection with regulatory matters relating to the Nova Scotia offshore area.
