Collaborating with clients.
Distance is a challenge facing Kim’s clients. With many of her marine insurance clients located far away from the casualty, they need to feel confident their interests are being well represented. Kim responds quickly to the client and ensures they are kept fully aware of the situation unfolding and that their interests are being looked after.
