Tackling demographics
Skilled labour shortages are a common challenge facing Nova Scotian employers these days. With an aging population, it’s a problem that will continue to get worse and means more and more employers will be looking for help from overseas to fill positions. Lana is helping clients overcome this challenge by acting for regional, national and international companies in the relocation and retention of foreign workers. Ideally suited for this area of work, Lana speaks three languages: English, French and Spanish.
