- Representing the Province of Nova Scotia in relation to the bankruptcy/receivership of Trentonworks Limited and the sale of assets to DSME Trenton Ltd.
- Representing High Liner Foods Inc. in connection with syndicated financing with the Royal Bank of Canada.
- Representing two institutional lenders in connection with receivership of condominium projects in Nova Scotia.
- Representing a large Nova Scotia road builder in connection with financing of major New Brunswick highway.
- Representing a large national road builder in acquisition of local paving firms.
