Perlene represents municipalities, developers, utilities, vendors and purchasers who appreciate the wealth of experience and expertise she and her colleagues bring to the table. Her work has included:
  • Negotiating and drafting an inter-provincial utility agreement.
  • Acting as counsel for a utility in relation to a significant transmission line project.
  • Drafting, interpreting and enforcing bylaws for municipalities.
  • Defending municipalities at regulatory appeals.
  • Representing land developers in establishing subdivisions and condominiums.
