Reach the high hanging fruit.

Clients aren’t just looking for information from lawyers. They are looking for somebody who can take information, process it and explain it to them in a clear and simple way. Rob provides his clients with more than just information, he provides them with knowledge and advice.

Representative matters

Through understanding his client’s needs and concerns, Rob is able to give his clients advice and guidance that allows them to meet their needs in a cost-effective way. Working with clients such as hospitals, insurers, shareholders, municipalities and manufacturers, he has helped his clients by:
  • Defending a municipality in an action regarding a public tender.
  • Representing two companies in a lawsuit over breaches of a joint venture.
  • Defending a large retailer in a misrepresentation claim by former shareholders.
