Working with clients such as contractors, building materials providers, financial institutions and individuals, Scott has helped his past clients by:
- Working with RCMP officers in the course of prosecuting Controlled Drugs and Substances Act offences in Kings County.
- Acting for individuals in non-drug related criminal defence matters.
- Acting for businesses who are trying to get paid for the goods and services they provide.
- Representing vendors and purchasers in property transactions.
- Representing individual landowners involved in property disputes or in need of administrative approvals.
- Acting for people looking to have a will, power of attorney or health-care directive prepared.
- Helping financial institutions encourage repayment of loans and realize on their security.
