The legal process can seem confusing and daunting at times. That’s why Scott works hard to efficiently solve his client’s problems, while keeping them fully informed throughout the process. Scott’s practice focuses on litigation, property and real estate development.

Representative matters

Working with clients such as contractors, building materials providers, financial institutions and individuals, Scott has helped his past clients by:
  • Working with RCMP officers in the course of prosecuting Controlled Drugs and Substances Act offences in Kings County.
  • Acting for individuals in non-drug related criminal defence matters.
  • Acting for businesses who are trying to get paid for the goods and services they provide.
  • Representing vendors and purchasers in property transactions.
  • Representing individual landowners involved in property disputes or in need of administrative approvals.
  • Acting for people looking to have a will, power of attorney or health-care directive prepared.
  • Helping financial institutions encourage repayment of loans and realize on their security.
