“Life is 10 per cent what happens to you and 90 per cent how you respond to it.”
- Lou Holtz

Total commitment.

Dedication can be defined in different ways. For Stephen, it means throwing himself into the client’s shoes, treating his client’s problems as his own problems, which remain his until they are resolved. By making sure his clients clearly understand the legal and practical sides of the situation, Stephen helps them determine the best course of action. Stephen’s practice focuses on employment law, labour relations, workplace human rights, workers’ compensation, insurance and litigation.

Representative matters

From the client’s perspective, today’s laws seem increasingly inflexible and complicated. However, law can only get overly complicated if one allows it to become that way. Stephen takes a common sense approach and applies the law in a straight forward and practical manner, while working hand in hand with the client to find a solution. Stephen’s clients include employers in a cross-section of industries as well as organizations in the following industries:
  • Insurance
  • Education
  • Health

Areas of practice:

  • Labour and Employment
  • Employment Law
  • Labour Relations
  • Workplace Human Rights
  • Insurance
  • Worker’s Compensation
  • Litigation
