Sir Graham Day, QC

Counsel

“I now derive my professional satisfaction from contributing to the development of the firm’s younger lawyers.”

Thoughtful, attentive, practical.

Now practicing law for over 50 years, Sir Graham was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 1989 and has been the recipient of eight honourary doctorate degrees. With a focus in corporate and commercial law, the most common thing Sir Graham encounters in business clients is the tendency to operate tactically without a strategy, which tends both to create and exacerbate problems, including legal ones. Sir Graham knows these issues are best resolved over time through careful, appropriate and continuous counselling. Sir Graham assists the firm with clients found in industries such as manufacturing, finance, marine transportation and communications.
