Being a leader comes naturally to Sean. His extensive workplace experience helps him understand the complex workplace issues clients are facing. With a masters degree focusing on labour relations and many years coaching and running sailing programs across Canada, Sean fully understands the realities of the modern workplace. This background positions him well to understand the issues that arise with staff, budget management and hiring. He is ideally suited to lead the charge on his clients' legal matters and navigate the path for them.

Sean’s practice is focused primarily in labour and employment law. He works with employers  of all sizes across a wide variety of industries. His client work includes:
