Working with diverse clients such as banks, technology firms, retailers, grocers, oil and gas companies, marketing firms and hotels, some of the ways Steve helps his clients are by:
- Helping refinance a $5 million loan to a hotel.
- Acting as part of a team on a $300 million refinancing for an aquaculture firm.
- Completing a significant corporate reorganization for a family-owned logistics company.
- Acting for a large grocery retailer in various acquisitions and transactions.
