Getting an accurate assessment of risk exposure is a common challenge facing Tricia’s clients. By providing early and effective risk assessment, Tricia helps her clients make the best possible strategic and business decisions with respect to their litigation matters.

Representative matters

Tricia’s client group includes insurers, manufacturers and retailers. Some of the ways she has helped these clients are by:
  • Acting as counsel to various national and multinational insurance companies in relation to coverage and defence of various claims involving property, fire loss, automotive defence, product liability, general and commercial liability, professional liability and environmental risk.
  • Acting as Nova Scotia counsel to various life and disability insurance companies.
  • Representing an international tire manufacturer on its Canadian product liability cases.
