Allan takes the time to learn what his clients do at the grassroots level of their business to be able to have a deeper understanding of their problems and provide knowledgeable advice that will help them succeed. He has had a chance to:

  • Interview clients and prepare for labour arbitrations and labour board hearings
  • Provide advice to clients on employment matters
  • Advise clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, both for asset and share deals
  • Conduct due diligence in connection with corporate financings and transactions
  • Work as part of a team to defend a large construction litigation claim
