“Nothing is too small to know, and nothing is too big to attempt.”

Creative and determined.

Christopher’s clients are concerned about the growing difficulty in realizing upon debts and other obligations. Rather than considering such issues as obstacles to overcome, Christopher views them as opportunities to be creative. There is always a way under, over, around or through.

Representative matters

Christopher has a diverse body of clients, which include national franchises, manufacturers, major banks, petroleum refiners, insurance companies, municipalities, major leasing and finance companies, automakers and local, regional and national debt recovery firms. Some examples of how he has helped these clients are by:
  • Helping represent a Canadian pulp and paper manufacturer in a claim against the Government of Canada under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
  • Acting for a national franchisor and manufacturer of rust control products in a breach of contract and trade-mark infringement matter.
  • Recovering a significant outstanding receivable on behalf of a national helicopter charterer.
