Christine Pound

“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
- Winston Churchill

When clients phone Christine with an issue, they know that she will make it her issue – allowing them to get on with running their businesses while she attacks the challenge. Clients appreciate her for her “get it done” attitude.

Christine works with her clients on a wide range of business clients to assist them with a variety of issues, from matters involving merger and acquisition transactions, to financings and shareholder agreements. She is focused on finding the most efficient and effective way to purchase or sell a business; protect her clients' interests in large, multi-year contracts; and create a sound, strategic plan to structure business operations and solve day-to-day commercial issues.
