Jonathan Dale

“Almost every rule has an exception.”

Transactions that work.

There is no one way of resolving commercial disputes. However, the need to resolve them in a timely and effective manner is the one thing that doesn’t change. With his background in resolving disputes, Jonathan uses his extensive experience to determine what the most effective way is to solve a problem.

Representative matters

By providing practical advice which clearly lays out a client’s options, Jonathan helps clients resolve matters quickly and effectively, while balancing this with what the client is looking to achieve. Working with clients such as manufacturers, natural resource companies, municipalities and companies/individuals, some of the ways he has helped his clients are by:
  • Representing a client against a publicly traded company concerning a claim for an advance royalty payment.
  • Acting as part of a legal team on behalf of a university facing a class action lawsuit.
  • Representing numerous municipalities on various litigation matters.
