REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

Joe has worked with major banks, publicly-traded telecommunications companies, federal regulators, and foreign companies. Some of the ways he has helped his clients include: 

  • Represented a publicly traded company in defending a claim for millions of dollars made by a former director and officer seeking payment of disputed awards and bonuses.
  • Acted for a major bank and company in a consolidated class action and company claim against an international auditing firm for negligence and negligent misrepresentation. 
  • Acted for a federal self-regulatory body in response to applications for judicial review by members of internal decisions.
  • Represented a federal Crown corporation in several mortgage enforcement and recovery actions.
