Whether you are a first-time home buyer, a seasoned purchaser, or acquiring another rental property, each real estate transaction is unique. Kathleen has seen it all and considers it her main priority to bring peace of mind to her clients during this particularly stressful time.

While Kathleen has an extensive background in estate planning and probate law, her practice now focuses on residential real estate. Some of the files Kathleen works on daily involve the following:
  • Purchase, sale, refinance (first and second mortgages) transactions and land migrations.
  • Working with military and RCMP for Brookfield Relocation Purchase and Sales.
  • Working with borrowers in Canadian Home Income Plan Mortgages (CHIP).
