“Opposing counsel knows what to expect from me: a professional, no-nonsense approach that always meets the needs of my client.”

Achieving objectives.

No client is happy to be involved in litigation, but it is an inevitable part of running some businesses.  Insurance clients also face increasing pressure to remain profitable and keep premiums low.  All clients want claims resolved quickly, efficiently and in keeping with their business objectives.  This is a challenge Patti must meet for her clients. Through effective cost control, thoughtful staffing of files, and the use of alternative dispute resolution when appropriate, Patti helps clients achieve their objectives. Patti is also a skilled litigator having steered many trials to successful outcome for the client when trial is the option. Patti’s practice focuses on insurance defence, business disputes and class actions.
