With his law practice rooted in New Brunswick, Robert has appeared before all levels of courts and federal and provincial tribunals. With his wealth of experience, he has a long track record of getting results for his clients. An active volunteer, he has been heavily involved with the Saint John Business Community Anti-Poverty Initiative.


Representative matters

Robert’s clients include government and industrial companies in the fields of oil and gas, forestry, mining, smelting and paper manufacturing. Some examples of the work he has done for these clients include:
  • Representing a former premier in defending dismissal actions brought on by three former deputy ministers.
  • Providing advice and representation on regulatory issues, civil claims and criminal prosecutions for alleged violations of environmental laws.
  • Providing advice and representation to industrial clients on commercial and contractual disputes, tort and toxic tort liability.
