Tauna works with her clients on a wide range of transactional and day-to-day business matters, including preparing agreements for various business transactions; acting for corporations in reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; advising corporations on corporate governance and compliance work; acting for clients who are going public (including traditional IPOs, CPC qualifying transactions and RTOs of listed entities); and acting for issuers in brokered and non-brokered private placements and public offering of securities.
