The 2007 Lexpert Guide to the Leading Canada/US Cross-Border Corporate Lawyers in Canada, is one of several guides that identify leading law firms and lawyers across Canada in a range of areas of law based on input from informed users and observers of the provision of legal services.

“Charles is a talented corporate lawyer, experienced in working with clients on cross-border issues. It’s rewarding to see him acknowledged by his peer group," says Stewart McKelvey’s Managing Partner, John Rogers, Q.C. "We are pleased to have one of our lawyers identified as a leading practitioner in his field.”

Reagh holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of King’s College and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.

Stewart McKelvey is one of Canada's 15 largest law firms, with over 210 lawyers and 300 staff in six offices across the region. It was recently ranked Atlantic Canada's Number One Law Firm, according to Canadian Lawyer magazine in its second annual ranking of regional law firms. Stewart McKelvey also won the magazine's previous ranking in 2005.
