: Burtley Francis helps to instill confidence in Canadian advertising

Halifax partner Burtley Francis has recently been named to the Advertising Standards Canada ("ASC") Council, which monitors potential issues under the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards.

Located in Toronto, Burtley joins individuals from across the country on this Council to help navigate the work of ASC, as it strives to maintain the truth and integrity of advertising. Burtley takes this role over from fellow Halifax partner Nancy Rubin, QC, who has been on this Council since 1999.
