Originally published on July 16, this article discusses a recent example of a unionized employee who was terminated for vicious and humiliating off-duty Facebook comments. "Employees should be held accountable for all behaviour that offends human rights or workplace health and safety legislation or workplace policies or collective agreements that direct a workplace free of harassment."
