: Partner Harold Smith, Q.C., elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers, Class of 2013

On Nov. 9, St. John’s-based partner Harold Smith, Q.C., was elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers, Class of 2013, at the 18th-Annual Induction Ceremony in New Orleans. 

Membership in the College is by nomination only. Inductees are acknowledged by their peers, the bar, bench and public for their outstanding contribution over the last 20 years to the Labor and Employment Law field. 

As a Fellow, Harold joins a distinguished list of North America’s leading Labor and Employment lawyers, including Halifax-based partner, Peter McLellan, Q.C. Among other demanding criteria, Harold is honoured for demonstrating the highest standards in service, character, integrity, professional expertise and leadership.
