Rebecca Saturley appointed Regional Managing Partner – Nova Scotia
Halifax lawyer Rebecca Saturley joins the Stewart McKelvey Management Team as the new Regional Managing Partner for Nova Scotia, taking this over from Lydia Bugden, who was appointed to the position in 2013.
Highly regarded as a member of the Labour and Employment practice group, Rebecca is a skilled practitioner whose practical and timely advice is valued by both clients and colleagues. She has held the position of Associate Practice Manager in the Halifax office for the past two years, where she used her sound judgement and strong advice to provide her clients and coworkers with the strategies and solutions needed to solve problems. Rebecca will continue to practice full time and work with her diverse client base, which includes non-profits, sole proprietors and large national companies.
In addition to her fast-paced career, Rebecca commits herself to being involved within her community as well. She is a former chair of the board of Feed Nova Scotia and the Sacred Heart School of Halifax facilities committee. Rebecca has memberships to the Canadian Association of University Solicitors, Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia.
