Benchmark Litigation Canada names Jason Woycheshyn as Atlantics Litigator of the Year
Halifax Partner Jason Woycheshyn was recognized as “Atlantics Litigator of the Year” by Benchmark Litigation Canada at a gala event held in Toronto last evening.
Jason’s broad national practice focuses on litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in courts across Canada, including Alberta and Ontario.
Jason litigates corporate, commercial, agribusiness, banking and estates disputes, with experience in securities regulatory and enforcement matters, directors’ and officers’ liability, oppression proceedings and sensitive internal investigations.
Jason is regularly recognized by several legal publications as a leader in the practice of law. He has been a Partner with the Firm since 2020.
