Benchmark Litigation Canada names Stewart McKelvey Firm of the Year – Atlantics & Colin Piercey as Litigator of the Year – Atlantics
At a gala event last night in Toronto, Stewart McKelvey was named Firm of the Year – Atlantics by Benchmark Litigation Canada. This is the Firm’s sixth time receiving this distinction, which is based on a thorough, four-month research period that includes interviews with litigators, peers and their clients. Stewart McKelvey’s litigation practice represents regional, national and international clients on corporate banking, securities, bankruptcy, municipal law, environmental law, construction, product liability, insurance, tax and intellectual property issues.
Halifax partner Colin Piercey was also awarded with Litigator of the Year – Atlantics. With more than 20 years of experience, Colin is described by one of his peers as, “pound for pound, the best litigator we have in Nova Scotia today.”
