We would like to welcome associates Carolyn Mouland and Kate Marshall to the Halifax office.
A new associate, Carolyn creatively engages in legal research and writing to provide effective, dynamic solutions to a variety of issues in areas such as public law, constitutional law and health law.
Kate, a returning associate following a period of work in Toronto, is practicing in litigation, providing upfront advice to her clients about potential liability, future costs and risks of their claim. Kate assists her clients from insurance companies, debt collection agencies and manufacturers on a broad range of matters.
