Paul Saunders to speak at ALFA International marketing directors & managers quarterly meeting webinar
Practice Innovation Partner Paul Saunders will provide an Introduction to Law Practice Innovation for Legal Marketing Professionals at an ALFA International webinar Wednesday, March 23 beginning at 2:00 p.m. ADT.
Paul will look at the role marketing has traditionally played in law firms, and how that is evolving along with the practice of law, where greater efficiency is now essential for success. He will explain how individuals can best handle these industry changes, and how to improve legal expertise through pricing strategies, project management, process improvement and legal technology.
