Richard Niedermayer, TEP, speaks on joint tenancies at Estate Planning conference

The Canadian Bar Association Nova Scotia branch Estate Planning conference today will feature partner Richard Niedermayer, TEP, as a presenter. In his session, Structuring & Attacking Joint Tenancies, Richard will outline the concept of joint tenancies and what it means for clients wanting to avoid probate. He will also review the implications of severing joint tenancies and what documentation is required at each step.
