What major issues employers should think about in preparation for the legalization of marijuana
Halifax partner Rick Dunlop has written a piece for NOW! Nova Scotia detailing five key issues that employers should keep in mind leading up to the legalization of marijuana, effective July 1, 2018. He notes that, while the impact on Canadian workplaces has been given little attention by federal and provincial legislation, marijuana legalization will still affect employers and employees alike, and it is important to plan ahead.
