Rewards and Recognition at Stewart McKelvey

Stewart McKelvey has a standard for performance at the firm that is being met and exceeded every day. Raising the Bar is our formal recognition program that recognizes and rewards the positive behaviours we see throughout the firm.

Raising the Bar is a program designed to help create a supportive work environment where employees are valued and respected for who they are and acknowledged for the fine work they do. We believe that the efforts of our staff are the reason we are able to offer a high level of Service both internally and externally. This program is used to recognize, reinforce, and promote the behaviours that support our core competencies, business goals and objectives.

Long standing relationships have a dramatic impact on our delivery of Service First to our clients, both internal and external. We offer a Years of Service Awards program that recognizes employees in increments of five years. This is our way of rewarding dedication to the team.
