As a leading corporate finance professional, Jim has over 20 years experience advising clients from both a legal and financial perspective. His clients include families, small privately-held businesses, large public and private companies, entertainment and media providers, manufacturers, food service producers, energy firms and Canada's second largest national food retailer. Some of the ways Jim has helped his clients are:
  • Providing legal services to large commercial clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings and public securities offerings and compliance.
  • Providing legal services to some of Canada’s largest chartered banks with respect to local, regional and international loan securitizations, environmental matters and due diligence projects.
