The job of an effective lawyer is not just to give the best advice. A good lawyer is one who truly listens to their clients and empathizes with the client’s needs. Steve does this by listening, reassuring his clients with solid advice and by responding promptly to them.

Tight timelines and stressful situations are some common things facing Steve’s clients. By being accessible and responsive, he has helped minimize the difficult nature of these situations. Working with diverse clients such as banks, technology firms, retailers, grocers, oil and gas companies, marketing firms and hotels, some of the ways Steve helps his clients are by:
  • Acting for financial institutions, private lenders and businesses of all types and sizes on commercial transactions
  • Completing a significant corporate reorganizations for a family-owned businesses including a coffee retailer and logistics company
  • Acting for a large grocery retailer in various acquisitions and transactions.
  • Providing corporate and commercial advice for an e-learning company before, during and after its reverse takeover of a public company
