1)  Internal Affairs - Workplace Investigations and Discipline:  Effective strategies for handling workplace complaints, investigations and discipline.  Issues addressed include: how to avoid complaints or nip them in the bud; how to conduct a fair and thorough investigation; and avoiding pitfalls in the investigation and discipline process.

2) Till Death or Shot Guns Do Us Part:  A discussion on the ins and outs of Shareholders’ Agreements.

1)   When is a Secret No Longer a Secret?  A presentation respecting privacy and freedom of information laws and the implications of sharing confidential business information with government.
