: Associate Michelle Chai elected to Board of Directors for Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia

Halifax associate Michelle Chai was recently elected as a member of the Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia Board of Directors.

The Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia ("LISNS") is a charitable, not-for-profit organization that has been providing Nova Scotians with comprehensible information and resources about the law for over 30 years.

Michelle has been the captain of the Stewart McKelvey LISNS Play in a Day fundraising team since 2012, and has also served as a member and volunteer of the LISNS' Legal Content and Philanthropy Committees. She is involved in many other activities throughout the province, including the Dalhousie Law School Mentorship Program, and the Canadian Bar Association's Law Day.
