: Legal column by Clarence Bennett featured on Canada Occupational Safety website

Fredericton partner Clarence Bennett was featured on the Canada Occupational Safety website for his column, "New Brunswick employers must provide new employee safety orientation." 

This piece, published on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, outlines the significant amendments to the New Brunswick Occupational Health and Safety Act, which came into force on June 1, 2014.

"Employers who employ more than 20 employees throughout New Brunswick (as opposed to a single workplace)..." Bennett wrote, "...will be required to establish a written safety policy setting out the responsibilities of the employer and its employees."
